  • After confirming the design you want for the sample, we can proceed to the next steps.
  • The fee for a simple sample is $60 per piece, and for a more complex one, it may be up to $100 per piece.
  • After the payment is completed, it will take about 7-15 working days to ship your sample.
  • Certainly. Our design team creates new designs each season, which you can employ directly.

  • If you are an old customer, a 30% deposit is required, while a 50% deposit is needed for new customers. We accept payments via PayPal, T/T, Western Union, etc.

  • Quality of production: For example, customized designs in terms of stitching, accessories, and buttons result in a higher cost per unit; the price of flat-lock stitch differs from that of reverse cross-stitch.
  • However, it may vary depending on the fabric you select.
  • The standard lead time is 15-25 days, which may vary depending on the quantity of your order.
  • In the case of fabric dyeing, printing, and embroidery, there will be an additional 7 days of lead time for each process.
  • We can deliver by express mail (5-7 days door-to-door) via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, or regular mail (15-30 days), depending on your location.
  • The shipping cost will be calculated based on the product weight and the selected shipping method.
